The Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) is one of the largest and most highly regarded culinary schools in the United States, founded in 1975 in New York City. Located in Hudson Yards at Brookfield Place, ICE offers professional career programs in culinary arts, pastry and baking arts, restaurant and culinary management, and hospitality management. ICE also has a Los Angeles campus and enrolls thousands of students annually in career programs and recreational cooking classes.
