Whittier College

Whittier College is a private liberal arts college founded in 1887 in Whittier, California by members of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers). Whittier is the alma mater of President Richard Nixon and is known for its innovative Whittier Scholars Program, which allows students to design their own majors. The college enrolls approximately 1,500 students.
