St. Philip’s College is a public community college and Historically Black College (HBCU) founded in 1898 in San Antonio, Texas, part of the Alamo Colleges District. The only HBCU community college in Texas and one of very few nationally, St. Philip’s enrolls 12,000 students with strong workforce training and transfer programs.
