CUNY Macaulay Honors College is the elite honors program of the City University of New York, founded in 2001 and located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Macaulay provides full tuition scholarships (free for NYC residents), a MacBook, a Cultural Passport granting free access to museums and cultural institutions, and a $7,500 Opportunities Fund to every admitted student. Students pursue their full degree programs at one of eight CUNY campuses while sharing an interdisciplinary honors curriculum at the Macaulay building. Macaulay is one of the most competitive college programs in New York State.
